Ambassador International Academy Mankhool is an international school in central Dubai built around an IB framework, with a strong focus on academic development, student wellbeing and active learning. Its approach combines inquiry-based and transdisciplinary learning with innovation, digital literacy, artificial intelligence, coding and entrepreneurship. At the same time, the school places strong emphasis on physical activity and movement, giving students regular opportunities to stay active alongside their academic learning. Students also benefit from embedded reading programmes and a purpose-built campus with technology-enabled classrooms, specialist science and innovation labs, arts spaces, libraries and dedicated wellbeing facilities.

As the first dedicated IB school in Mankhool, AIAM builds innovation, AI, coding and entrepreneurship into the learning experience. Students develop digital literacy through coding and computational thinking, explore AI concepts and real-world applications, and use design thinking, prototyping and STEAM projects to turn ideas into practical solutions.

Every student from Grade 1 to Grade 8 takes part in four 50-minute PE lessons each week, with Fridays dedicated to house competitions, tournaments, sporting festivals and whole-school events. The programme includes swimming, athletics, dance, fitness, gymnastics, racket sports and team games, helping students build healthy habits, confidence and resilience.

Wellbeing sits at the core of AIAM's culture. It's woven into every lesson, house event and interaction, not treated as a separate programme. Our approach is built on the PERMAH framework (Positive Emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Accomplishment, Health) and supported by daily check-ins, mindfulness practice, qualified counsellors and UpStrive, our digital wellbeing platform for tracking mood and building resilience. Every child is known, supported and given the tools to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
